Final

1. For your final project, your directions were to choose one of three portrait styles, (mark-making, low-poly, or glitch) and digitally “weave” it with the original photo. What style did you choose and why? The style I chose for my final project was the glitch. I chose the glitch because it is a cool edit that will look good with the weave.

2. What tools did you primarily use for this project? The tools I used for this project were the rectangular marquee tool and the single column marquee tool.

3. What were some of the challenges you faced during this project? Some challenges I faced during this project was trying to make the original picture a perfect glitch while seeing the original picture as well.

4. In some cases, weaving two portraits together can be challenging because major details, like facial features, can become confusing or even lost in the process. Was this a challenge for you? Do you think you were successful with your weave technique? Why? A challenge I faced during the weave was trying to follow the steps on which layers to merge and which ones to delete.
